Performance Launch
After many months of hard work and making changes due to the COVID era, we're happy to announce that we've finally launched the first version of our Performance Module. Here's a quick video:
The Key Features
Custom Templates: You build the templates the way you want them
Flexible evaluations: Pick as many reviewers as you like for each candidate evaluation
Sharing Results with Candidates: You can choose to share the results with candidates after the evaluation is complete.
Export to CSV: Your entire evaluation round can be exported to CSV along with ratings. This will be especially useful to organisations that use rating data for payroll changes.
Performance Roadmap
This is just the first version and we have big plans. We have numerous small improvements on the way like adjustable ratings, template weighting, pdf exports, etc. The main feature we're going to push for is Objectives at both an individual and team level. This would allow for a full Objective and Key Results setup. We are of course eager to hear from you. What features would add value to your performance management process?
Engagement Improvements
Survey Results
The survey results page has been improved to be much easier to understand. You can view it by clicking results for any survey on the surveys page.
Send Activation Emails to everyone
Admins can now send activation emails to everyone who is not activated yet. While users don't need to log in to complete surveys, they do need to do so to take part in conversations. Simply go to actions from People > User Management > Actions and then click on Resend Activation Email.
Organogram updating
Building out the team for a user on the User Update page has been improved to be simpler. We've written a helpful article on it here.
Changed email providers
We were having issues delivering emails using our previous provider known as Sendgrid. We've since moved to another provider called Postmark which has resolved these issues.
Spacing in conversations
Any spaces used during conversations and survey comments will now be retained. This allows for longer-form communication.
