This article is applicable to both Admins and Moderators.
Running a Review is made easy using the flow we've built. To start, go to the Performance Module on the sidebar and then to Moderation. Here you will see a list of all the Candidates that you are Moderating for. To work on such a Review, click on the Manage button.
Here you will see the flow that each Review goes through. We'll discuss each step briefly.
Admins can set the Due Date and change the Moderator if needed. Moderators and Admins can change the Reviewer Due Date as well.
Here, the moderator selects the reviewers for this candidate. They can select from any active user in the organisation. If the Organogram is up to date, then the managers, peers and reports for the candidate will be recommended and simply need to be approved. You can read about updating the organogram here.
Once the Setup is complete and the Reviewers have been chosen, the moderator can start the Review which will send a notification to each of the reviewers. You can still add or remove reviewers after the Review is started.
After the reviewers have completed their Feedback Requests, the moderator can write their final summary and set the round to Draft. This will prevent new reviewers from being selected,
The moderator now has the option to share some of the results with the Reviewee. This will be limited by what options were selected by the Admin at the Review Round level.
Finally, the moderator may close the round to indicate that it is completed. This will prevent any further changes from being made.
A moderator may wish to view a Reviewee's previous Reviews for context and a deeper understanding. They are visible on this page.
Only once all the reviewers have provided feedback will the Results page become available. Here, the moderator and admin can view various charts as well as comments built from the feedback of the reviewers.
