In order to run Reviews for your staff, you will need to build the templates you intend to send to the reviewers. These hold the actual questions that the reviewers will answer.
As you will see later, you can also send different templates during and Review. The manager and candidate might have one template while the peers and direct reports of the candidate use a different template.
Bear this in mind as you may want to create multiple templates. We recommend that you use one template to get started as this makes interpretation of the responses much easier later.
To get started, go to the Performance tab on the sidebar and then to Templates.
You have multiple options when creating your own templates. You could copy one of our templates from the Library, clone one of your own templates or create a new one from scratch.
Cloning a template from the library
Click on the library tab to see a list of our templates.
You can Preview the template before copying it. Otherwise, click the Clone button and a copy will be made for you in the Templates tab.

All of your own templates can be cloned. Simply click the Clone button to make a copy. This creates a quick start instead of starting from scratch when creating a new template.

Finally, you can create a blank template by clicking the Create Template button.
Edit your Template
Simply click the Edit button for the template to be edited. You can add sections and questions to each template. Be sure to set your template to Active on the Settings tab and to publish it using the Publish button.
