We've been hard at work talking to users and improving Roslin. We've received excellent feedback from the community even during the COVID lockdowns. This has led us to make some big decisions:
Reworking the Free Plan
The old free plan allowed full use of Roslin Engagement for up to 50 users. We found that this didn't benefit many companies as those with fewer than 50 staff didn't have a strong need for Engagement Tracking Software. Based on your feedback, we instead switched this to 500 users but with limited features. Essentially, a lite version of Roslin Engagement that allows HR Executives to really prove that there is a return on their efforts before obtaining a budget to use the more advanced features.

Launching a Performance Module
Another common need we've come across with our users is for Performance Management, especially in the SME sector. There is huge potential for combing the Engagement Module and Performance Module data to drive Talent decisions. This Performance Module was launched in July in a Closed Beta format. Other Noteworthy Changes
Subscriptions are much easier to manage now. When adding users that will cause you to exceed your current Subscription Seats, Roslin will automatically increase your seats to the amount needed. You will be notified when this is happening.
The billing screen has also been improved to allow for easier subscription management.
More Survey Control
Survey Automations will now generate Surveys 3 days before they are due to be sent to all staff in a Scheduled state. From there, admins will be able to change the questions, change the sending date or even delete the survey. This affords a lot more transparency and control to admins.
Gender, Tenure and Age Filters
If you've added this data for your staff and are on the Roslin Engagement Paid plan, you'll be able to use the Heatmap and Segmentation to filter your reports by these values. For instance, you could see the results of all male or female staff or all staff between the ages of 35 and 54 or a combination thereof.
On the invoice screen, you can now follow the invoice links to see an easily printable format.
