Updating a user
To build out the organogram and enable more powerful filtering, you simply need to create the relationships between staff within Roslin.
For instance, for a given User (let's say Alyx), you need to link Alyx to her supervisor and link of her subordinates. You can do this by going to User Management where all your users can be viewed and updated.
Then select a user to update and go to their team tab.
Adding team members
Once there, simply change the supervisor by clicking the change button as indicated below. Use the search box that pops up to easily find the relevant user to act as Sarah's supervisor.
To add direct reports, simply use the search box in the direct reports section, search for the relevant user and click add to confirm.
Removing team members
To remove a supervisor, simply click the clear button or the change button to switch to a new supervisor.
To remove direct reports, select the remove button next to the relevant user as seen below.
