Survey Results
Once you've run your survey and received at least three responses, you'll already be able to start reviewing the results. There are four sections that you can access when reviewing the results:
- Overview
- Drivers
- Questions
- Comments
Overview
This is a high-level look at the survey including the response rate and the period in the survey open.
Drivers
This section will group all the responses to rating questions per related driver. You'll see themes like Management Support, Meaningful Work and Workload.
You'll see how many rating questions were included for each driver, the average score and a breakdown of the respondents into the eNPS categories of Promoters, Passives and Detractors.
You can also export the data to CSV.
Questions
This section will show the results for each rating question in the survey. You'll see the average score and a breakdown of the respondents into the eNPS categories of Promoters, Passives and Detractors.
You can also export the data to CSV.
Comments
CommentsThe final tab will show the anonymous comments collected for all questions. If you're using the Pro Version of Roslin, you'll also be able to respond to them.
Segmentation
SegmentationThe most potent part of this screen is the ability to segment the data based on your people's demographics.
Click on the filters button to drop down the filter menu. You can now use any combination of the filters provided and click apply. Roslin will update all four tabs to only show information relevant to that filter. Roslin uses the information you imported when managing your users to drive these reports.
For example, below, we have filtered by the Location of London. Roslin has updated all the tabs only to show the responses for employees in London.
NB! To protect anonymity, Roslin requires at least three employees to meet the filter criteria before displaying survey results.
