August 2022 Updates - Lots of Performance Improvements!

  • Added an optional Final Rating Calculation to Review Rounds.
  • Added custom weightings to both templates (per section and question) AND peer role in Review Rounds. Managers can be weighted more heavily in the final rating than direct reports.
  • Rating questions can now collect comments as well.
  • Reworked the individual results screens to be more helpful.
  • Moved to round profile pictures for a more modern look.
