September 2022 Updates - Performance Scales and Organogram Imports

• Our CSV User Importer has been overhauled. You can now AutoDormant users who are not in the import, and you can see a preview of changes before they are made.
• Integrations and CSV imports can now include the Supervisor Email field. Roslin will use this to link employees to their supervisors automatically. You can use this feature to import your organogram easily.
• You can now create a Custom Performance Scale. This will be used for calculating all Performance Reviews’ Final Ratings. This is a powerful and customised way of driving a consistent performance culture.
