I forgot my password
This happens to the best of us. To resolve this, you can click on the forgot password link underneath the login box on our login page.
You'll then be asked to enter your current email address on Roslin. It's essential to enter precisely the same email address used to create your account. A common issue occurs when users have multiple email aliases (like firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com). The admin for this company then uses one alias while the user attempts to reset their password using the other. If you're struggling to reset your password, double-check which email address was used by your admin when creating your account.
If your email address matches up, you'll receive a password reset email like the one below. Click the link in the email to reset your password.
Clicking the link takes you to your password reset screen. Enter your email address and a new password, and click submit. You'll then be asked to log in using those new credentials.
